We take the hassle out of white glove delivery regardless your zip code.

Our comprehensive network of over 200 facilities gives us the ability to provide our quality services throughout the U.S. region, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico. (And soon to be servicing across the pond!) Our strategically located and seamlessly integrated network assures our tracking portal offers real-time for deliveries for both the client and consignee.

Upon every delivery, the consignee's receive a pre-call to arrange a convenient time for the delivery - along with email notifications, confirmation of details, in-transit scheduling, customized reporting, e-tool suite with 24/7 visibility, and knowledgeable customer service representatives. When the delivery is en route to the destination, the consignee will receive a 30 minute pre-call to insure that the consignee is home and prepared for the delivery. Upon delivery there is lift-gate/ramp services and floor protection when needed.

"Total" Service:

Door-to-Door Complete Transportation Management

From pick-up at your factory/distribution center to delivery of your product to

homes and businesses.

"Hub" Service:

Regional Dock-to-Door

When delivery originates from our regional distribution center

(whether we warehouse it or you drop at our dock), 

we take it from there and deliver directly to the consignee.

"Final Mile" Service:

Local Dock-to-Door 

When you deliver the product to our local facility,

NVC handles this critical last delivery link to your consignees.

  • The item is delivered to the consignees room-of-choice.

  • Including up / down a flight of stairs.

Service Upgrade

When an order is confirmed, an email will be automatically sent to the consignee with a short greeting, order confirmation and an option to upgrade the service level. Consignees may upgrade their service level any time after the order is placed, through the forwarded email or call NVC Logistics directly. Once the service level is upgraded, consignees will receive another email confirming the transaction.

If the consignee upgrades the service level, NVC's client is relieved from any liability once the upgrade is completed.
