Our comprehensive network of over 200 facilities gives us the ability to provide our quality services throughout the U.S. region, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico. (And soon to be servicing across the pond!) Our strategically located and seamlessly integrated network assures our tracking portal offers real-time for deliveries for both the client and consignee.

Upon every delivery, the consignee's receive a pre-call to arrange a convenient time for the delivery - along with email notifications, confirmation of details, in-transit scheduling, customized reporting, e-tool suite with 24/7 visibility, and knowledgeable customer service representatives. When the delivery is en route to the destination, the consignee will receive a 30 minute pre-call to insure that the consignee is home and prepared for the delivery. Upon delivery there is lift-gate/ramp services and floor protection when needed.

White Glove Delivery Service Types

NVC Logistics provides our clients with a range of transportation service types and levels for more effective B2C transportation solutions.

Service Types:

Final Mile being a last mile solution. We will provide our closest dock information to the consignee, you would arrange getting the freight to this dock, and we will complete the delivery at the requested service level. 

Turnkey being a comprehensive logistics solutions. We will recover the freight from the manufacturer, line haul to our closest dock to the consignee, and complete the delivery at the requested service level. 

Service Levels


  • The item is delivered to the first dry area; garage or foyer

  • A signature is required

Please note: to ensure our high standards and minimal damage & loss ratio stay's at the highest of highs and the lowest of lows, NVC does NOT provide curbside services. We care about every shipment and want to ensure that the delivery ends up in the right hands. Also, there are two men on every delivery team and every delivery requires a signature from an individual 18 years or older.

Service Upgrade

When an order is confirmed, an email will be automatically sent to the consignee with a short greeting, order confirmation and an option to upgrade the service level if the service level is lesser than White Glove services. Consignees may upgrade their service level any time after the order is placed, through the automated email or calling NVC Logistics directly. Once the service level is upgraded, consignees will receive another email confirming the transaction.

If the consignee upgrades the service level, NVC's client is relieved from any liability once the upgrade is completed. Ask us how we can add this to your portfolio!
