As many states are reopening for business nationwide, we are now able to increase frequency of white glove delivery services. However, we are still taking precautions as we would like to avoid a 2nd wave of covid-19. Many of our partners are easing into full white glove services, at this time, while normal delivery operations can occur, meaning room-of-choice placement, unboxing and debris removal; assembly and existing removal of product MAY NOT be offered in all circumstances. Please feel free to check with us if you’re not sure what services can be offered to your customer. The best way to confirm is to provide NVC with the zip code and we will advise as NVC does have multiple partners covering the same state.
Effective immediately, below is a list of confirmed states where white glove services can be performed. As with all uncharted territory there are exceptions that can be made, therefore, if you have an order in area that is not listed below, please reach out to us and we will confirm with our partner what can be done.
AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MT, NJ, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI, WV
NY (with the exception of the 5 boroughs)
We are still getting responses actively and will update as our agents confirm services.
Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time. We look forward to serving you with exceptional white glove service!

To our valued clients:
NVC is closely monitoring COVID-19 trends and impacts. Our main concern is the health and safety of our employees and customers.
We enter consignee’s homes & businesses to deliver/perform White Glove services. While this is not new protocol, as we strive to remain as sanitary as possible at all times, considering the developing situation with COVID-19, we need to perform these services conscientiously. All of our delivering partners have been informed to follow the below instructions:
-
Sanitize trucks/delivering vehicles daily (preferably overnight)
-
Wear clean gloves & booties whenever entering a residence
-
Keep masks available; to be worn upon request
-
Wash hands frequently & avoid handshakes
-
Wipe down & sanitize tablets / phones or have customer sign with their own pen
-
Each delivery team will have their temperature taken each morning
All stations should be thoroughly cleaned DAILY - with a focus on disinfecting common areas and heavily used surfaces.
During the scheduling process we have instructed the team to follow the following script: “My name is __________ with NVC Logistics. I am calling to schedule the White Glove delivery of your ___________ (manufacture product). Before we continue, can you confirm if you, or anyone in your household has been exposed to COVID-19 or is currently under quarantine?”
If a customer is sick or quarantined, we will follow up with the following script: “We will deliver the goods outside the building and/or we will decline to pick-up any goods from this location.” Should the customer decline this and choose to postpone delivery, we will advise you immediately.
If a team member reasonably feels unsafe to enter, we will calmly and professionally advise the customer that we cannot proceed further and immediately advise management. Management will make the best decision for our team as well as the customer and advise how to proceed.
According to health officials, COVID-19 can remain on surfaces anywhere from several hour to several days. All removals will be dictated by state agencies.
If an NVC employee is believed to be exposed to Coronavirus, they will not report to work for any reason. They will get tested as appropriate and self-quarantine while awaiting results. ALL employees that have the ability to work from home are being instructed to do effective Monday, March 16th, 2020. There will be no interruptions in response, due to working remotely. Please rest assured that we will conduct business as usual for as long as we can.
We will continue to monitor the development and impact of COVID-19. We will provide updates frequently. Please contact us if you have any other questions or concerns. We hope everyone remains safe & healthy while we continue to handle our daily operations with minimal impact.
Thank you,
NVC Logistics Management
