Return & Field Exchange Service Options
We provide white glove return/exchange service, using experienced return team specialists. And we make sure that the consignee is called, scheduling a convenient time for the return, usually within a 4-hour window. Service options include:
| Straight Return |
We will pick-up the item at a home or business and return it to the facility you designate, insuring it is properly packaged. |
| Field Exchange |
This ′swap′ includes white glove delivery service of the new unit to replace the existing unit, which will be returned to the facility you designate. We will also place the new unit in the room of choice, assemble and remove any debris. |
| Packing |
We will use the new carton to re-pack the defective unit to be returned, supplementing it with additional material should it be needed, and properly sealing it for shipment to you; if there is no existing packaging, we can provide hi-grade materials to insure the unit is properly packaged, sealed and returned. |
Installation &
De-Installation |
We offer installation and de-installation service on many of the products we deliver and exchange. This includes: set-up, testing to insure item is operational, mounting or dismounting flat panel TV′s to existing brackets, connecting/disconnecting from existing power supply or signal source, as well as to/from sources such as water, electric, gas, or exhaust (though we can′t create new connections). |
